We buy homes across Saint Louis, Missouri. Sell your house as-is, without the need of any repairs or cleaning and obviously no commissions. Our home buying process is simple. Our experts will come and visit the home and will work closely with you to get a proper understanding of all of the conditions of your house, thereby evaluating and providing you an offer based on the market price less the repairs, that would need to be done along with couple other variables. Further, we’ll provide you with a proof of funds and an explanation of our process and if you choose to accept the offer we then take the purchase contract to a local title company where they then pull title on the property to make sure it is free of any extra loans or any liens or any issues that would come up. This process usually takes about a week or two and then from that point we would schedule and finalize the closing date and will then move toward closing. At the closing, you will receive the proceeds from your home. Know that we do this everyday and we’re locally owned located here in St. Louis, Missouri. Therefore, we can definitely help you get that deal done as quickly as necessary whether you need to close in 7 days, 14 days or 10 weeks.. We can meet your time frame!
