What you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my spare time, I like to golf, play hockey, and enjoy live music. I watch a lot of sports, especially the Blues! I also love to cook good meals with friends and family.

Why do homeowners trust you?

When people think of a salesperson, it’s common to think of someone that’s high-pressure and self-centered. I try to flip sales on its head and take more of a consultant approach to truly be a problem solver. I realize I can’t buy every house, but I can treat folks with respect and transparency and do my best to help them with any problems they may have.

What is your approach to helping sellers?

My approach is simple. Listen, be available for calls, texts, emails, and do what I say I’m going to do. I don’t want there to be surprises for my clients.

What should clients expect during my first conversation with you?

I like to ask a lot of questions and listen as much as possible during our first conversation. I want to understand you, your story, and why you want to sell your property. I want to understand what other concerns you have beyond selling the house. Things like packing, moving, finding a place to go, etc. These are all important details that allow me to help match our services and terms to your exact needs.

Do you stay involved throughout the transaction?

Something that sets us apart is our involvement throughout the entire process. I will be involved from the first time we talk until the day of closing and getting your check. I pride myself on customer service and follow up to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

What do you enjoy most about helping homeowners?

I love earning a homeowner’s trust and seeing a weight lifted off their shoulders when they see how easy we can make the process of selling a property.

What types of homeowners do you work with? ALL types of homeowners! I will work with anyone that has a property to sell.
