Work Profile:
I got into Real Estate right after the pandemic, when my entire professional path shifted. Before that, I ran my own tech business fixing computers and selling parts/software. I’ve been in sales since I was 16. Connecting with people and understanding their needs to offer solutions has always been natural for me. I love applying this to the real estate sales process to help homeowners.
How you help sellers/buyers:
I help sellers by really understanding what they’re trying to achieve. Every situation is different, so I focus on listening first, then explaining their options clearly. With my sales and tech background, I make the process simple, organized, and stress‑free; whether someone needs to move fast or just wants honest guidance to make the best decision.
What motivates you:
I’m motivated by helping people move forward. Hearing that someone feels supported, informed, and happy with our service is what drives me. I also care about our company’s growth. Every satisfied customer is a reminder that we’re doing things the right way.
Areas of Expertise:
We specialize in helping sellers in all types of situations including: senior living transition, inheritance/probate, foreclosure/short sales, downsizing, divorce, etc.
Markets Served:
We service all nearby counties: St. Louis, St. Louis City, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, and even parts of Illinois!
What you enjoy doing in your free time:
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my siblings, trying new coffee shops, and listening to podcasts. Those moments help me recharge, learn, and stay connected with the people and experiences that matter to me.
Why do homeowners trust you?
Homeowners trust me because I’m honest and transparent in every conversation. I focus on what’s truly best for them, even if that means selling to us isn’t the right decision. My goal is to guide people clearly, respectfully, and with their best interest at the center. That’s the foundation of every relationship I build.
What is your approach to helping sellers?
My approach starts with listening. Every situation is different, so I take the time to understand what the seller needs, ask the right questions, and get a clear picture of their goals. Once I understand their situation, I tailor a plan that fits them — simple, honest, and focused on helping them move forward.
What should clients expect during my first conversation with you?
Clients can expect a real conversation, not a script or sales pitch. I keep things relaxed and fluid, and I focus on listening. I ask questions to understand their situation, their goals, and what they truly need. That first call is about clarity, comfort, and connection.
Do you stay involved throughout the transaction?
Yes — I stay involved from the first conversation all the way through the end. Even if someone decides not to move forward with us, I continue following up to ensure they’ve found another solution. I’ve learned that this level of service matters: people remember the support, the consistency, and the fact that we’re still there for them. It shows homeowners that if anything changes or falls through, they can count on Core Properties.
What do you enjoy most about helping homeowners?
What I enjoy most is being able to help people through difficult decisions. If I have the chance to bring some clarity, calm, or support into a stressful situation — that’s the real reward.
What types of homeowners do you work with?
I work with all types of homeowners, First‑time sellers, experienced sellers, people with inherited or rental properties, homes that need repairs or TLC, and those looking to downsize or upsize. Everyone’s situation is different.
