My mom needed to move out of a three-story, five-bedroom home filled with generations of belongings—including storage from four grown children who already have families and homes of their own. It was simply more than any one of us could take on. Quite honestly, Doug’s partnership are the only reason we were able to make this move happen.
Doug made it possible for my mom to buy into her independent living community, then thoughtfully and patiently work through moving her belongings, selling what she didn’t want to keep, and managing everything in a way she could afford. When timing got tight, he even allowed us to rent back—always in my mom’s favor. At no point did this very complicated transaction feel pressured, manipulative, or driven by profit over people.

Even though I didn’t end up selling my second property to Core Properties because I accepted the highest offer, I was very impressed with their professionalism. When looking for investors to buy distressed properties I would highly recommend Gage Sisson at Core Properties. We have done a couple of transactions together in DeSoto and St Peters, MO and both times he came in with a fair price and closed on time without any added drama or surprises. I would highly suggest him to realtors and home sellers alike! Great doing real estate business with you!

I dealt with Will Brown through the entire process. Will was great to work with. He met me at the house I owned with my sister and which she lived in. It was actually our family home which my parents bought in 1956. He checked out the house and we agreed to a deal on the spot. He’s a very personable young man and professional in his dealings with me. There were some issues found in the title process which Will kept me informed about all the through until closing. My son had set up an appointment with another company but after meeting with Will I had that appointment cancelled because I was so pleased with our offer.
I will recommend Core Properties and Will Brown to anyone I know trying to sell their property.
